By registering for an event or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Event Registration

Show Me Shootouts organizes youth and high school athletic events. Teams register to participate in leagues and tournaments held at various locations. Registration is subject to availability and division limits.

Communication

By providing your contact information, you agree to receive communications related to the events you have registered for. This may include emails and SMS messages such as schedule updates, standings, reminders, and weather alerts.

SMS messages are informational only and related to events you have signed up for. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

Payments and Fees

Event fees, payment deadlines, and refund policies are communicated during registration. Fees may be non-refundable once schedules are released, except in cases of event cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.

Schedule Changes

Event schedules, locations, or game times may change due to weather or other unforeseen situations. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate updates as soon as possible.

Code of Conduct

All coaches, parents, and participants are expected to follow the Coaches/Fan Code of Conduct and submit any required waivers prior to the event.

Limitation of Liability

Show Me Shootouts is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during events, except as required by law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
